Below is a sample meal plan for 4 weeks.  All of the recipes can be found on the Quick Cooks App which is FREE to download.  These meal plans can be your guide; gradually you can swap in recipes you find and want to try.  I encourage you to check out vegan websites, books, and magazines to find your favorite recipes!  (See below for details about PLAN TO EAT which is a great way to store recipes, drop them into a calendar, and print a grocery list.)
