Meal Planning: One Meal at a Time for a Gradual Transition

Below is a list of sample meal plans.  The first one starts with breakfast, the next one adds dinner, and the final plan includes all three meals.  All of the recipes can be found on the Quick Cooks App which is FREE to download.  These meal plans can be your guide as your choose recipes of your own.  I encourage you to check out vegan websites, books, and magazines to find your favorite recipes!  (See below for details about PLAN TO EAT which is a great way to store recipes, drop them into a calendar, and print a grocery list.)
